New Year's Eve Alessandria

Alessandria, located on the Tanaro river, is included in the plain between the Po river and the Appennines of Liguria, 95 metres above the sea level, it has about 92,000 inhabitants.
It was Guglielmo the Old to establish the city around the middle of the XII century.
Alessandria saw different occupations, but only from the end of the last century there was a development and a real conversion in the town planning, which took Alessandria to acquire a great importance in the industrial, commercial sector and also in the communications one.

Still, we can visit the Civic Museum and the Art Gallery: here are preserved many paintings and art works of 800, and several articles, coins and old relics.
Finally, we can make a leap to the citadel, a delicious and very characteristic zone. If you are in search of night fun, the club Area51 is the point of reference of the zone especially for the live music.
